LinkedIn

Ok, so this could be the most important networking application on your wireless device. LinkedIn has been the Face(book) of business for the last half of a decade and, honestly, it keeps getting better with every update made to the infrastructure.

The app itself allows you to do the basic necessities of business networking, such as read the latest articles that are impacting the business world, read and respond to messages in your LinkedIn inbox, expand your network by accepting or sending connection requests, and keep up with groups/associations you have joined on the network. I have used the application both on my BlackBerry Tour and my iPhone and I must say it is one of my favorites and, right now, it is as much of a must have for professionals as Twitter is for entertainers.

However the app is just an accessory when it comes to the outfit known as LinkedIn. There is a lot more that goes into developing a solid, working account. Feel free to contact me at dadanielsjr@gmail.com with questions on how to strengthen your network via LinkedIn.
