Too Much Sleep

Lately, I feel like I’ve been sleeping far too much.  My business is doing well but nowhere near as well as I’d like it to.  I spend a considerable amount of time at a job that doesn’t challenge my intellect as much as I’d like.  And you know how those two things could be fixed?   By waking up a bit earlier and getting a jump start on my day.  I used to wake up at 5:30 every morning and those were the days I was most effective in reaching my goals.  My best friend told me the other day that my ambition has been lacking as of late.  Well guess what?  I’m back.

Recently, I watched a video posted onto YouTube by one of my favorite websites, The Art of Manliness about waking up early and how much of a positive impact it can have on your day.

So stop hitting snooze and get back to making the most of your entire day.
