Everyone has different standards of what it means to be respected and to be disrespected but some things are common across the board within American culture and, when leaders overstep their boundaries and become seen as disrespectful, it won’t be long until that individual won’t be leading anyone but his/her own shadow. And those who do stay will be doing so out of fear but, as soon as a better opportunity comes, they will be gone as well. It is always better to lead with love because that will get you loyalty. Working to make someone else feel small only speaks to how insecure you are in yourself. Either have the courage to let someone know it’s not working out or let them work in peace.
