You all remember those “My anti-drug commercials?”
This week at work has been nothing short of long and I’m not a substance abuser but these past few days would drive a priest to drink.
Instead of drinking my stresses away though (or using more illicit substances), I chose to go to the gym twice a day as opposed to my usual once. See, a good workout allows me to blow off steam (which is much more productive than blowing up at my coworkers).
Not saying you have to workout to destress. But you do need to find a productive way to destress. Because the pressure will keep building and who wants that?
