Health is one of the most important parts of a young professional’s life, arguably second only to spirituality. That being said, as I am trying to continue developing the brand that has become The Reader, from now on, every Friday, I will be posting something related to health, fitness, or nutrition. It may not always be a full blog post. Sometimes it will be a link to an article. Other times, it may just be a post outlining a workout on our Instagram account. But, what I would hate would be for you all, as young professionals, to work your butts off at this stage in your career only to be too sick to enjoy the fruits of your labors in your latter years. So let’s get up, get out, and do something.
