The Quick Cut

I spent the past 6 months bulking up.  Now I have a week before I’m headed to the beach so I want to tone up a bit.  Easiest way to do that is high intensity interval training and high repetitions of low weights.  So, if you are looking for a quick way to trim after all that work you’ve been putting in, that’s it.

Sprinting.  Lifting body weight or less.  Burpees.  Crunches.  All of these things are going to help you trim up in a short amount of time.
Make your health a priority.
