You Are What You Eat

I workout 5-6 days a week.  I mean, if I’m in town, I really workout.  4 days in the gym, 1-2 days outside doing functional work.  And I’ve reached a good size, but I have not achieved the results I want because, guess what?  I love food too much.  And not the right foods.  I’m not out here eating fresh fruits and veggies like I should be.  No.  I’m eating bread and cupcakes.

In order to really achieve the results we want from the gym, we have to do what we must in the kitchen.  It’s ok to have cheat days but you have to know that a cheat day is 1 day out of the week and not 4.  It’s all about discipline.

Make your health a priority.
