Simple. Real Simple. Live by it.

6 x 6 rule.

No more than 6 words per line.

No more than 6 lines per slide.

A power point should not be read from. It should give you cues from which you speak on subject matter that you already know. (I hope) Those you’re presenting to can read for themselves. If you’re just reading for them, you bring very little to the table.

Make the group listen to you. Say more than they  can read for themselves.


Make professional development a priority.
