Entertainment and Enlightenment

Over the break, I realized that people value entertainment over enlightenment. The majority of people would rather be presented with mindlessness than something that is going to make them better. So, as I work to develop this next phase of The Reader, I have to find ways to intertwine some entertainment into the education. Folks love enjoying what they’re doing so, now I’m working add more “fun” elements. Basically, I want to trick those who don’t want to learn into being more aware. Nothing wrong with that, right?

Make professional development a priority.
