Spend It Wisely

We often talk about how much money something will cost us but we rarely chalk it up to how much of our most precious resource it will require of us: our time.

When I proposed to Desirée, I was working an hourly job. The ring I proposed to her with cost me two months of my life. Pretty hefty sum. Now, in a salary position, my rent costs me a week, considering only my 8-5 pay.

How much time do your suits cost you? You sneakers? Your Netflix subscriptions? Are you getting a good return on your investments, in relation to the time you’re spending/investing other places?

Make investing your time a priority.
