If you can’t trust the people who support you, they don’t need to be working with you.
If the person you support doesn’t trust you, you need to be looking for somewhere else to work.
None of us get paid enough to be untrusting or distrusted. We’re all adults. We are supposed to go to work and do our jobs. If that gets done with integrity, why waste the energy micromanaging or putting up with micromanagement?
Make quality leadership a priority.
